Job Description
- Taking care of the calendar schedule and manage appointments.
- Arrange seminars, conferences and client meetings
- Drafting letters, memos, and preparation of minutes of meetings.
- Schedule the travel plans, Traveling arrangements, Accommodation booking.
- Maintaining the data shared between the departments, by filing and recording the information accordingly (as hard copies and electronic filing system)
- Send / receive confidential faxes, emails and letters.
- Maintaining a general filing system and documenting all the correspondence.
- Following up for closure of various issues, reminding regarding pending tasks well in advance - posting of issues for reminders in the daily diary and following up effectively.
- Taking care of the calendar i.e. schedule and manage appointments with internal staff and outside.
- Coordinating on minor assignments with others in office.
- Drafting official letters, memos, and preparation of minutes of meetings.
- Liaison with various Departmental Heads, seeking requisite information and reporting back.
